Eddye L. Lane is a licensed attorney admitted to practice in the state of South Carolina, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. She received her undergraduate degree in Management from Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi and her Juris Doctorate from the Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C. Attorney Lane has practiced for over 18 years with an emphasis in bankruptcy and disability law. She also provides services in other areas of the law including adoptions, wills, contracts, business incorporation, vehicular and work accidents.
Attorney Lane works closely with the indigent population in South Carolina through her participation in the South Carolina Legal Service Private Attorney Involvement (PAI) program. She proudly sponsors and supports community youth basketball programs. and lends her support to various other community and law based projects. She is a member of the South Carolina Bankruptcy Lawyers Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the American Bar Association, Toastmasters International (Achievers), Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She enjoys traveling and writing.
